The short version. Ses Notu records a meeting, turns it into text, and writes a summary. Your transcripts and summaries are stored on your device — we do not keep a copy.
Audio is never saved as a file. It is streamed for transcription while you speak and then it is gone. Nothing you record is used to train anyone's models by us, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
There is no account and no login. The app contains no analytics SDK, no advertising identifier and no tracking.
This app is provided by Mustafa Utku Bayık ("we", "us"). For anything in this policy, write to support@jobbar.ai.
Under the GDPR we are the data controller for the processing described here.
When you start a recording, the microphone audio is sent, as you speak, over an encrypted connection to Soniox, our speech-to-text provider, which converts it to text and identifies which speaker said what. The app never writes audio to a file — not on your device and not on our servers. Once a recording ends, only the text exists.
What Soniox does with audio in transit is governed by their own terms; see the Soniox privacy policy.
The transcript, the summary, action items and your chat history are stored only on your device, in the app's private storage. We have no server that holds them and no way to read them.
To produce a summary or answer a question about a meeting, the app sends the text of that meeting to Google (Gemini, via Firebase AI Logic). Google processes it to generate the response. See the Firebase privacy information.
Before the app can start a recording it proves it is a genuine, unmodified copy using Apple's App Attest, through Firebase App Check. This stops other people from using our transcription account at our expense. It identifies the app installation, not you.
Payment is handled entirely by Apple. We never see your card, your Apple Account password or your billing address. To confirm that a subscription is active, the app sends Apple's signed transaction record to our server. That record contains the product, the transaction identifier and the expiry date — no payment details and no name.
Our server function runs in the European Union (Google Cloud, europe-west1). It logs
technical events — when a transcription key was issued, and errors — together with the app
installation identifier. Transcripts never reach this server.
If you tap a button to add an action item to Reminders or Calendar, that happens on your device and only for the item you tapped. If you tap the email button, the app opens a draft in your mail app — the app never sends mail on your behalf. You press send.

Our server runs in the EU. Soniox, Google and Apple may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards those companies publish — Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
You can delete any recording inside the app, which removes its transcript, summary and chat from your device permanently. Deleting the app removes all of it at once. Because we hold no copy, this is complete deletion — there is nothing left for us to erase.
Under the GDPR you also have the right to access, correct, export or restrict processing of personal data we hold, and to object to it. In practice the only data we can hold is technical logs tied to an app installation. Write to support@jobbar.ai and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
This is your responsibility, not ours, but it matters enough to say here. In many countries everyone in a conversation must be told that it is being recorded, and in some, consent is required. The app reminds you at the start of every recording. Please tell the room.
Ses Notu is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly process their data.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and note the change in the App Store release notes.

Sunucumuz AB'de çalışır. Soniox, Google ve Apple veriyi ülkenizin dışında, ABD dahil olmak üzere işleyebilir; bu şirketlerin yayımladığı güvenceler (Standart Sözleşme Hükümleri ve uygulanabildiği yerde AB–ABD Veri Gizliliği Çerçevesi) geçerlidir.
Uygulama içinden herhangi bir kaydı silebilirsiniz; bu, o kaydın transkriptini, özetini ve sohbetini cihazınızdan kalıcı olarak kaldırır. Uygulamayı silmek hepsini bir defada kaldırır. Bizde bir kopya bulunmadığı için bu tam bir silme işlemidir — bizim silecek bir şeyimiz kalmaz.
Ayrıca kişisel verilere erişme, düzeltme, taşıma, işlemeyi kısıtlama ve itiraz etme haklarınız vardır. Pratikte elimizde olabilecek tek veri, bir uygulama kurulumuna bağlı teknik kayıtlardır. support@jobbar.ai adresine yazın, bir ay içinde dönüş yapalım. Dilerseniz ülkenizin veri koruma kurumuna da şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.
Bu bizim değil sizin sorumluluğunuz, ama burada yazılacak kadar önemli. Birçok ülkede bir görüşmedeki herkesin kaydedildiğinden haberdar edilmesi gerekir, bazılarında rıza şarttır. Uygulama her kaydın başında bunu hatırlatır. Lütfen odadakilere söyleyin.
Ses Notu 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onların verisini işlemeyiz.
